21" Monitor, Limited Edition

The 21" Monitor, Limited Edition model ship is a museum quality piece. Master artisans spent over 100 hours to carve the model by hand using rosewood. There are no plastic parts. The model was meticulously painted to resemble the Civil War era original as closely as possible. Includes a numbered certificate of authenticity as only 200 will ever be made. The CSS Alabama comes with a large, wood base. The marble base shown in the photographs can be added for an additional $29.99. To build this ship extensive research was done using various sources such as museums, drawings, copies of original plans and photos of the actual ship.
